The following refund policies apply whether or not you agree with them or with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party vendors who provide services to the Company for transaction purposes. You are also subject to those third-party vendor terms that do not conflict with the terms herein.

NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you cancel, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may offer a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our goods or services (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. Granting credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar situations, nor does it obligate us to provide credits subsequently. Failure to pay any installment may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to our programs.

SERVICES EXCEPTION

  1. Macro Counting Made Simple (MCM)

    When you gain access to MCM, you have a full 30 days to go through the program 100% risk-free. If at the end of those 30 days you feel the program didn’t work for you, please email our support team at support@movementwithjulie.com, show us you did the work (by providing your 30-day log so we can verify that you followed the program as designed), and we’ll issue a 100% refund—we’ll even cover the processing fees. You have nothing to lose!

  2. Mindset Mastery

    If you don’t love Mindset Mastery within the first 30 days, email support@movementwithjulie.com during that initial 30-day period (but not later), and we will refund 100% of your initial 30-day payment. You will lose all access to the program thereafter.

FREE SERVICES

From time to time, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period and may limit who can participate. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do, you will not be charged until the Free Trial ends. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will automatically be charged the applicable Subscription fee for the type of plan selected. The Company reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer or (ii) cancel such Free Trial.

SERVICES RESULTS WILL VARY

Any weight loss or fitness results mentioned on this website, including testimonials, do not guarantee similar or any results for you. Individual results vary due to genetic or environmental factors (such as food intake, metabolism, and levels of physical activity). Use or reliance on any information provided is not a guarantee of positive results.

REFUNDS & RETURNS ON GOODS

Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If any items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at support@movementwithjulie.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We do not accept exchanges on goods, and all other sales are final.

Finality Exception: You may be eligible for a refund if your package was lost or stolen in transit. If this occurs, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can evaluate the situation. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the payment method used for purchase. Please note, refunds may take up to 14 days, depending on the items involved and/or your credit card company’s policies.

NO LIABILITY FOR SERVICES OR GOODS

By using any products or services recommended here, you agree that the owners, distributors, participants, affiliates, employees, agents, independent contractors, and freelancers (“Agents”) of Ledbetter, Inc. are not responsible for any liability or loss in connection with your use of the products or services provided. Ledbetter, Inc. and its Agents are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—any products or services.
