I’m Julie Ledbetter, a certified personal trainer and I teach women how to honor their bodies while loving their authentic selves through movement, mindset, and macros.

 
 

If you’re like me, then you know that finding time to fit in a workout can be difficult. I designed this program because I found myself in the slump of being inactive due to working behind the computer all day…

and I was also tired of doing the gym-thing with the same-old routine and kept finding excuses not to go instead…

 

After being fed up with myself, I decided to ask myself a few questions, like “What if I could challenge myself to get a great workout in at home with minimal equipment?”

Suddenly, I realized it was more than just being convenient, but it prevents me from making excuses no matter what.

Weather, time, and finances are a few examples.

I couldn’t let these excuses hold me back because I wanted to find something that would help me honor my body with the movement my body deserves!

I tried to find a workout program that answered all of my questions, but you know what? I couldn’t, so I came up with the Movement with Julie app as I’ve found it to be fun, effective and easy to follow through.

I thought it’d be amazing to have a community alongside me doing the same workouts for more accountability and support, so I decided to make this program available to the public!

How many workouts each week?

The workout schedule consists of 5 workouts each week for you to complete on your time. Even if it’s scheduled on a particular day, you can move the workout to your desired day to complete it on your own schedule!

How long are the workouts?

There are two workout options every day! The first option is a 30-minute variation that allows you to get a quick workout if you’re under a time crunch. The second option typically takes MWJ app subscribers 45-55 minutes.

Can I do the workouts at home?

Yes! You only need a few pairs of dumbbells, some resistance bands with handles (booty pump bands are optional but recommended), and a bench (you could substitute it with a sturdy coffee table or a large cooler).

What if I’m a beginner?

You can do these workouts! There are plenty of movements that are very easy to modify as I provide plenty of exercise substitutions to support your fitness level.

What if I need to travel for work or go on a vacation?

All of these workouts are easy to modify and can work with minimal equipment. If you’re able to bring some resistance bands with handles with you, you can easily follow through with this program! We have seen people take their workouts outside, in a hotel room, on the beach - the options are truly endless!

What if I only can work out 2-4x a week?

You can still use this program to your advantage! Inside the app, depending on your goals, I would recommend picking the major muscle groups such as Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body!

Can I get the PDF from this workout program?

Yes! When you sign up to become a subscriber, you’ll gain to the web app portal that will allow you to easily generate a PDF for whatever workout you’d like so you can take it with wherever you go!

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel it anytime! Go to “groups” > Weekly Workouts > and you’ll see “cancel group membership” in yellow under the membership photo. Click that and click “yes, take me to cancellation page".
